BallerTee currently ships orders to customers in the United States and Canada only. All orders are produced after you place your order and then shipped from our US fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery times:
– United States: typically 3–7 business days after production.
– Canada: typically 5–10 business days after production.

These time frames are estimates and can be affected by carriers, holidays, and unexpected delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or issues with the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving problems where possible.
