Refund policy

At BallerTee, every product is created especially for each order. Because of this, we only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or a noticeable defect, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. To help us review your request, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If we confirm that the product is defective or damaged, we will offer either a replacement at no extra cost or a refund to your original payment method. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or normal wear and tear.

When a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns are sent to our US fulfillment location at:
