Custom Printed Products

Because our shirts are printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or simple change of mind. Please review our Sizing Charts before ordering.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at ballerteellc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
