Cancellation & Modification Policy

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order (size, address, design) within 12 hours of purchase.

How to Request a Change

Email ballerteellc@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Include exactly what you'd like changed.

After 12 Hours

Once production has started, we're unable to make changes or cancel the order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for what happens if an item arrives defective or incorrect.
